MAI-007
MAI-007 5 SL is broad spectrum fungicide that is produced by the fermentation of the bacteria Streptomycin spp.
Because of its mode of action, the active ingredient of MAI-007 belongs to a group called Antimetabolites. The Antimetabolites are inhibitor of the metabolism of the pathogen. The presence of Antimetabolites affects the metabolism of cell growth and cell division of the target pathogens (Bacteria y Fungus).
Safety
Also, the antimetabolites are safe for human. Antimetabolites are used in human for chemotherapy for cancer and arthritis in the pharmaceutical Industry.
Environment Impact
The active ingredient of MAI-007 is environmentally compatible since it ultimately degrades by enzymes to CO2, H2O and urea.
Toxicology Profile
All toxicology studies indicate that MAI-007 is very safe to human and friendly to the environment:
Spectrum Control
MAI-007 has a broad spectrum control of fungus pathogens that cause diseases in a variety of crops.
